In the name of science, fitness and Christmas weight gain I’ve gone dry for the whole of January, especially as I've begun training for the London Marathon. With this in mind, I’ve been trying a variety of non-alcoholic beers to see if any can fill the void.
As it is constantly dark and dull in the UK this time of year, it reminded me of how around this time last year I’d just got back from an incredible 3-week trip to sunny Australia. I'd spent a very different Christmas over there. No turkey in sight!
I've had a fantastic year, and I've really enjoyed setting up and working on the blog over the last 12 months. A review of each of the 6 collaboration beers in the Fuller's & Friends beer box which was now available in Waitrose. Each beer concept and recipe is designed at selected craft breweries throughout the UK, then it is brewed for production at Fuller's Griffin brewery in London.
