I was glad to get one of the last red-hot tickets to Little Viet Kitchen's monthly Supperclub, which was held on Sunday night. Showcasing Vietnamese food, the evening had a special 5-course menu which changes monthly, all cooked to head Chef, Thuy Diem Pham's, exacting standards.
As it is constantly dark and dull in the UK this time of year, it reminded me of how around this time last year I’d just got back from an incredible 3-week trip to sunny Australia. I'd spent a very different Christmas over there. No turkey in sight!
